Filing a complaint

To file a complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Return / complaint form

Fill out the complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address, correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and reason for the complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect

2. Product shipment

When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and the original receipt or a copy of the purchase invoice. The shipment is carried out at your expense. Do not send COD

3. Shipping

The claimed product should be sent to the address given in the contact tab with the note "COMPLAINT"

4. Consideration of the complaint

Within 14 days of receiving the package, we will inform you by e-mail or phone about the result of the complaint procedure.

If the complaint is accepted, within 7 business days of the day the decision is made, we will compensate you for the costs incurred by: repairing the claimed product, sending a new copy of the product or refunding.

If the complaint is considered unjustified, we will provide you with a detailed justification for the decision and within 14 working days we will send the advertised product at our expense.

Return

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product you purchased from us, follow the steps below:

1. Return / complaint form

Complete the return form and attach it to your shipment.

2. Product shipment

Send the product in undamaged condition with all its accessories and the original receipt or a copy of the purchase invoice. The returned product cannot bear traces of use - each item must be complete and the product must be unchanged. If this condition is not met, the product will not be accepted.

The shipment is carried out at your expense. Do not send COD.

3. Shipping

The claimed product should be sent to the address given in the contact tab with the note "RETURN"

4. Acceptance of return

Within 2 business days of receiving your shipment, we will check the condition of the delivered product (whether it has any traces of use, whether it has been damaged or destroyed, or complete).

Goods whose return will not be accepted (returned after the due date, without proof of purchase, without tags or box, dirty, damaged) will be sent back to the Buyer.

Money for the received goods are returned within 10 calendar days from the date we receive the parcel at the latest. The store returns to the buyer all payments received from the buyer.
